Warming Center: The new Sleep Center, with its insulated Conestoga huts, will provide about 35 homeless folks much more protection from winter cold, rain, & snow than in previous years. But the Conestoga huts are not heated. When temperatures hover below 20 degrees residents will need a Warming Center. Also the Sleep Center is full so some have no place to go on subfreezing nights.
