Catholic Social Concerns Ministry

Pope Francis Calls on Catholics to End World Hunger by 2025: “’I was hungry and you gave me something to eat.’ The words of Our Lord call to us today, telling us not to turn away, indifferent, when we know our neighbor is hungry.”

Feed the Hungry: Parishioners from all three parishes were amazingly giving during our September food drive! As Thanksgiving draws near, please remember to be extra generous in bringing non-perishable food items and/or checks to be sure everyone in WW has enough to eat. Please designate BMAC food bank on your checks.

Community Thanksgiving Dinner for those in need will be held at DeSales Catholic High School, 919 E. Sumach, Tuesday, November 22, 4-6 pm. Sponsored by St. Vincent de Paul & Salvation Army, served by DeSales students. Everyone is welcome!
